The DigiFit4All project aims to teach digital and IT skills to different target groups by offering personalised courses (POOCs) that have been customised for these groups. Throughout the project, competency models will be collected, and appropriate teaching materials and test questions will be created in the form of Open Educational Resources (OER). The materials will be collected in a public online repository and will be made available in a Moodle or iMoox course. The project places a specific focus on the target groups of school pupils, students at higher education institutions, teachers, and administrative staff.

Teachers at schools or higher education institutions who take advantage of everything the DigiFit4All project offers, can make selections from a list of collected competencies, choosing those that are appropriate for their course. They then receive suggestions regarding the prior knowledge required and references to teaching and learning materials for each of the competencies, which they can select in the next step. This provides a basic framework for a personalised online course, which is then individually adapted for each student based on the answers given to assessment questions.
