Encouraging the Growth of Diversity
The central aims of the project are to develop an interactive platform that supports the counseling and information processes that have been followed up until now and to offer an information and communication service that reaches specific target groups and generations using both analogue and digital channels.
In working groups and workshops, a multilingual, digital platform is being developed that offers various instruction formats (video tutorials, peer feedback, voice messages, etc.). The platform is being developed especially for use by schoolchildren, young adults, and people who are changing careers who often have problems accessing information about artistic professions and study programmes due to their social and local circumstances. The actors (target groups, participants at universities, cooperation partners) develop, analyse, and test concepts, formats, and content.
The participatory development process and inter-university exchange guarantee the sustainability of the project outcomes and effect long-term changes in structures.
Impact

- Provision of barrier-free and inclusive access to degree programmes by using informal, interactive formats and non-academic language
- Reaching more diverse and non-traditional groups of applicants
- Strengthening the collaboration between overlapping areas of intra- and inter-university communication
