ePAS+
The ePAS+ tool represents an innovation in human resources management. Both application and appointment processes at TU Graz were handled on paper and by e-mail before ePAS+ was introduced. ePAS+ allows the entire process steps, from a person's application to their admission, to be completely digitalised.
By using ePAS+, it is possible to process data transparently, rapidly, and in compliance with data protection regulations. The TU Graz career platform has been replaced by the new ePAS+ job portal. This gives applicants a quick overview of all vacancies at TU Graz and allows them to apply directly with just a few clicks. The appointment procedures can also be fully mapped in ePAS+. Access to data by all persons involved in the appointment process is controlled via ePAS+, and the work carried out by the appointment committee is fully documented. Application data can be retrieved directly from ePAS+, these cannot be accessed by third parties, and they are deleted in accordance with legal requirements. The approval steps required for each procedure run automatically. When testing this tool, it was particularly important to ensure full functionality on all end devices.
