Developed with artists and researchers, Portfolio is a one stop shop to keep an artist's ideas, ongoing projects and completed work and research organised and secure, in a place artists can access from anywhere. It was developed in collaboration with artists and researchers. With Showroom, artists tell the story of their work, collaborate, explore and discover work of other artists. Both apps are open source and complementary.

With the development of P & S, the product leaders have positioned themselves in a growing field of interdisciplinary experts who criticize the exclusive reliance on metrics in art and science (see, among others, the DORA-San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment). P & S therefore refrains from quantifying the respective artistic and scientific work and leaves it up to the users to highlight what they consider relevant.
